I turned 21 over the weekend but thankfully I didn't get many presents; but that's because the actual partay is this upcoming  weekend. I've got family coming from Mildura, wallaroo, old friends I haven't seen for years...and yet some loser rostered me on to work even though I've requested it off for months. *sigh*. I just constantly keep having terrible days at work - the universe is clearly trying to make me quit.

I went out for dinner to a Japanese Restaraunt with two of my friends; then we drove around a bit drinking. For the first time ever I actually bought myself shoes just because I liked them. ┐('～`；)┌ Also, FINALLY found Loveless Volumes 2 & 3. Yay! <3 I've been waiting for them to be in stock for a while.

BTW; Penny and Charlie on SYTUCD: Aus are meant to dance together. Penny drew Charlie out of the hat. I was kind of expecting it. I'm also glad Penny didn't suddenly drop into the bottom two just because she was no longer dancing with Charlie; and vice versa - it means they are both still insanely popular. ☆ﾐ

Have you heard about the Victorian Bushfires happening in Australia (where I happen to live). Oh My God. It's so shocking. Even though there were fires you would think that these people would get some kind of warning; half an hour maybe, to make a decision to stay and fight for their homes or flee; but not this time. The wind changes, the fire swoops in, the sky goes dark with smoke and suddenly its upon you in under two minutes. It's impossible to flee from that.

People were burning in their cars.

They say it was arson as well. The death toll is up to 130 now. I'm pretty sure this is turning out worse than Ash Wednesday. I wonder if we'll name it too. The heat wave is coming back. I guess that means Round Two will be starting soon.

Nadal Won! He won! Woo! I admit I didn't watch the whole match but I DID see the end of it. Wooooow! It was EPIC.

When Federer started crying I felt kind of guilty. Sure, he wanted be beat Sampras' record (or something along those lines) but Nadal has good reason to want that victory as well! Nyah. Still, if it were me, I wouldn't have felt like accepting that cup.

I decided to play Pokemon: Mystery Dungeon. Yeah.
I named myself Killua (a Pikachu) and my partner Pokemon Kurapika (a Piplup). So bescially; when the time came to choose our Explorer Team name...I thought I'd go with "Team Spiders" (as oppose to Genei Ryodan which wouldn't fit.) So Kurapika ended up like this:

Kurapika: TEAM SPIDERS!? You want to call out team Team Spiders!?
Killua: ......
Kurapika: Yeah, I guess that suits us.

I nearly died laughing. So now, we travel around recruiting Pokemon to join us. Aah.
